Working as a business adviser in Serbia because I have great visions for Serbia, and my goal and vision is that Serbia once more becomes the industrial and economic engine in the Balkans. At the moment, I am working with my Serbian partners to develop Kragujevac and Šumadija as the most important industrial cluster for metal industry in Serbia. The idea of working in clusters is very widespread in Norway, and I do believe Serbia would benefit greatly from this way of doing business as well. Knowing the needs of the important Norwegian clusters like those of the maritime and petroleum industries, I think there is great potential for companies to produce in Serbia and the Kragujevac area. - The Serbian labor force has a very competitive price. A skilled worker earns between 370-400 Euro per month while engineers earn between 450 to 800 Euro per month. In addition to this, the employer would have to pay 62 % in governmental taxes and social expenses.
- The Serbian labor force is very well motivated to work, and it can be trusted.
